Snack Time!

Alex wanted to have his snack while he was on the Sit 'n Spin - he thought it would make a great table and he was right!

Pop! Pop! Pop!

Alex discovered bubble wrap over the weekend (yes, we're still unpacking boxes) and is always asking for it. He uses it as a blanket for his stuffed animals and likes to try and color it with chalk.

As you can see, he is concentrating very hard on making them go "pop"!

Master Carpenter

Alex was helping Daddy work on the new bookshelves for the playroom. He was using his Bob the Builder hammer and the green drill. Daddy was folding the laundry and Alex just had to have this towel to snuggle with in the midst of his hammering and drilling.

Lounge Lizard

Alex was still a little groggy after his nap on Saturday so just wanted to veg out on the couch with his Teddy, milk, chocolate chip banana bread, and a blanket. What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon? I was cracking up when he put his hands behind his head to prop himself up a bit so he could watch Bob the Builder on TV....too funny!

New clothes!

I was trying to get some pictures of Alex wearing some of his new clothes from Christmas. He was being his usual goofy self!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before the rain started we went for a walk and ended up at the playground in our neighborhood.

We also spent a little while organizing the guest room. Alex was very helpful as I was trying to clean out the desk drawer - he thought he'd better test it out for size.

He also thought it was hilarious that we could take a picture of ourselves and then look at it. It was a pretty good start to the new year!

Chugga Chugga Choo Choo!!!!!

Gramma and Grampa stayed with us for a few days after Christmas and on their last night we all took Alex to Edaville Railroad! He was so excited to see the trains and the lights and the rides! The rides were a little scary but we did go on one little train ride called..... AJ's Express! How perfect! It was a tight squeeze for Mama, but we made it. We got to climb around inside a real train engine car and then we got on a real train and went for a ride around the park and saw all the beautiful lights. It was a lot of fun and we all had a great time. Afterwards, we went out to dinner and we had lots of fun!

Merry Christmas!

Santa came!!!!!! We had our very first Christmas in our new house and it was wonderful. Alex doesn't quite understand Santa yet, but was very happy to see new toys. We were in Maine over the weekend to do Christmas with the Kelsey clan and to celebrate Gram's 90th birthday - wow! We were home for Christmas Eve and morning and then we headed to RI to see the Jablonski clan. We visited friends yesterday on our way back home and when we got home Gramma and Grampa came down from Maine and were waiting for us! We hope all of you had a wonderful and safe Christmas!

Tractor!

Alex loves to play with Ben's tractor and it usually ends up in our yard - thank goodness we have very nice neighbors!

Leaves!!!!!!!

Alex loves to play in the leaves! He was helping Daddy rake up the backyard and was enjoying a ride in the wheel barrow.

COOKIES!!!!!

On Sunday when it was snowy and rainy and yuck outside, we made lots of Christmas cookies!!!!! Alex enjoys eating flour.
