We arrived at our hotel around noon on Fri so we decided to walk over the Key Bridge into Georgetown and have lunch. The kids loved the walk over the bridge and after lunch we went to the park. |

Saturday morning we made our second trek into DC to visit the museums... but first they had to smell the flower... |

After a quick tour of the museum we walked up to a restaurant and met Cousin Michael for a drink and then went back to the hotel for a relaxing night. |
Sunday was Mother's Day and we met Philip and his family at the train for our third trek into the city and headed to the National Zoo! |
